Who you are buying from

Vigilia (vigilia.shop) writes and publishes the books in this store. The checkout and payment are operated by Hotmart, our merchant of record — the seller of record for your transaction. Hotmart processes your payment, calculates and remits any applicable taxes such as VAT, issues your receipt, and handles payment disputes.

Your purchase is therefore also subject to Hotmart's buyer terms, available at hotmart.com. Where those terms and this page overlap on payment matters, Hotmart's terms govern the payment; this page governs the content and your license to it.

What you are buying

Every product in this store is a digital book delivered as a PDF file. Nothing physical is shipped, nothing is streamed, and no account or login is created.

Prices are shown before checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated and added by Hotmart at checkout based on your location, so the checkout page always shows the final amount before you pay.

Delivery and access

After payment, a private access link is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. The link opens a page holding everything you bought, where each book can be downloaded as a PDF.

Your access link is personal. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then write to support@vigilia.shop — we will resend it.

Your license

Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, print and keep the PDF for your own use, on any of your devices, for as long as you like.

• You may download, store, print and read the PDF privately, forever.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or upload the PDF anywhere, in whole or in part.
• You may not share your access link, or use the content to train machine-learning systems.

What this content is — and is not

Vigilia books are devotional reading: a passage or a theme, set out as a numbered sequence of short daily readings, with the sources named so you can check them.

They make no promise about anything that will happen in your life. Specifically and deliberately, nothing sold here claims or implies that reading it will improve your health, produce money, end a period of waiting, protect you or anyone else from harm, or cause a prayer to be answered. Any page that could be read that way is an error, and we would like to hear about it.

The on-site reading guide asks a few questions and suggests a book that may fit. Its suggestions are generated with the help of an AI model and are recommendations only — not assessments, diagnoses, or professional guidance of any kind.

Refunds

If a book is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — see the refund policy for exactly how. Refunds are executed by Hotmart to your original payment method.

Fair use of the store

• Do not attempt to bypass payment, share access links, or scrape the site.
• Do not misuse discount codes beyond their stated terms.
• We may suspend access obtained through fraud or abuse; genuine buyers are never affected by this clause.

Liability

We stand behind the content working as described: files that open, links that deliver, refunds that arrive. Beyond the amount you paid, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and changes never retroactively reduce what you already purchased: a book you bought stays yours under the licence you bought it with.
